Pastor Darcy Percy
Pastor Percy grew up in Maryland and Pennsylvania. She graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education focused on voice. After college, Pastor Darcy served in ministry through the organization Youth Encounter, traveling the North Central region of the country on a Captive Free Ministry Band. Afterwards, she served as Director of Youth and Family Ministry at Nativity Lutheran Church, Minneapolis and then, Director of Youth Ministry and Contemporary Worship at St. John Lutheran Church, Linthicum Heights, Maryland. Pastor Darcy was a pastoral intern at Lord of Life Lutheran during seminary. She graduated from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg where she received a Master of Divinity degree. Following seminary, she served St. John Lutheran Church, Linthicum Heights, Maryland as pastor before returning to Lord of Life.
Pastor Percy is married and has two young children. Her focus outside of church is spending time with her family, but she also enjoys playing sports especially volleyball, singing, learning about history, outdoor activities, and reading.
